Declarations of Ownership

The registering trademarks in Myanmar are by way of the Declarations of Ownership to be submitted at the Registration Office. 

The trademark is registered individually and there is no limit on the number of classes under each mark.

1. The power of attorney duly notarized and legalized up to the Myanmar Embassy 
2. The Declaration(s) of Ownership, duly signed by the owner. 
3. Separate Declarations of Ownership are required to be submitted for each individual trademark.
