Federal Law No. 37 of 1992 on Trademarks amended by Law No. 19 of 2000 and Law No. 8 of 2002. The trademark law protect the seven Emirates of Abu-Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al-Quwain.

  • A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the UAE Consulate (will provide the POA form).
  • Specimen print of mark (in soft copy)
  • Certified copy of the priority application, priority is to be claimed.
